Alignment & meditation for a clear intention for your session; A stroll up - we walk together in silence to the circle of ceremony; Insights & 'sitting with it'; Reflection & sharing circle - with a snack, tea, coffee, golden milk or water; It is possible to book three times in advance for a deeper connection with yourself and your fellow connecters.
